Hot Air Pressure Gauge

Controlling airflow is very important during roast, Normally, we control airflow is only by manual damper. But once you forget to clean up the exhaust pipe and exhaust fan motor in time, the dust and chaff may block the pipe or motor, or if you meet the bad weather (like strong wind, heavy rain etc.), you may not get exact pressure value by manual damper.

Then the hot air pressure gauge can help you get the real airflow pressure value in any condition, that makes your roast more precisely.

Durable Drum Structure

Drum is the most important part of coffee roaster, WK-12 drum is made of food level 304 stainless steel , drum total thickness is 10 mm. The brackets are thick enough welded inside the drum which keeps drum more stable to last its service life for many years to come. Our special mixing blades design makes coffee beans inside the
drum well-mixed. Single layer drum and double walled drum for options,customer could choose what they prefer.

High Performance Burner

Our team work hard for developing high performance heating burner. It is easy to ignite the fire on burner and keep it in strong to heat up the drum, plus the durable insulation layer around the drum, you can maximum use the heats only to beans which saves the fuel.

Cooling Fan, Drum Speed Control, Data logger USB Port, Aviation socket

Cooling Fan, Our WK-12 coffee roaster keeps electric cabinet away from drum which avoids overheats from drum results in shorten electric parts service life. Plus we installed a large cooling fan to help electric parts dissipate heats, maximumly
keep electric parts work in good condition.

Drum Speed Control: If you are not satisfied with constant drum roasting, and you want to develop more tastes from
roasted beans, you could try to roast the coffee beans under different drum speeds, that will bring you more surprise.

Adjust Range: 0-100RPM Data logger USB port: connect to your computer and open Artisan software to start recording your roasting profiles.

Aviation socket : A button set up closed to it which avoid any electric shock, every detail ensures safety.

Large Maintenance Access

WK-12 is designed with large maintenance access which is easy to clean and replace parts.

If you need to clean or replace the gas burner , you just need to screw off the little bolts on the maintenance access door to finish it. This is the great improvement
from our previous model.

WK-12 control panel plate is made of stainless steel, we use Omron temperature controllers and Siemens big buttons which give customer better-operation experience and no worries about broken.

Manual Damper: Metel type manual damper, More durable More precisely.

Debris Tray: Made of by 1.5 mm thickness 304 stainless steel.

Solenoid and knob: WK-12 built in safety burner system, the knob behind the solenoid just fired one burner first, then switch on heating button on control panel to open the entire burner to avoid any possible dangerous.

Gas Pressure knob: We don't give up each of detail to make a quality roaster. Dial plate and knob are not plastic one but 304 stainless steel one.

For WK series coffee roasters, 3kg or above machines, we use high quality.Two - in -One Carters and Ground legs. Customers could easy to move machine to anywhere by one person, and balance the machine in a place by ground egs.
