Hot Air Pressure Gauge

Controlling airflow is very important during the roast, Normally, we control airflow is only by manual damper.

But once you forget to clean up the exhaust pipe and exhaust fan motor in time, the dust and chaff may block the pipe or motor, or if you meet the bad weather (like strong wind, heavy rain, etc.), you may not get exact pressure value by the manual damper.

Then the hot air pressure gauge can help you get the real airflow pressure value in any condition, that makes your roast more precise.

Durable Drum Structure

The drum is the most important part of the coffee roaster, WK-T30 drum is made of food level 304 stainless steel, drum total thickness is 15 mm, double walled dum thickness is 15mm. The brackets are thick enough welded inside the drum which keeps the drum more stable to last its service life for many years to come. Our special mixing blades design makes coffee beans inside the drum well-mixed. Single-layer drum and double-walled drum for options, customers could choose what they prefer.

High Performance Burner

Our team works hard for developing high-performance heating burner. It is easy to ignite the fire on the burner and keep it strong to heat the drum, plus the durable insulation layer around the drum, you can maximize use the heats only to beans which saves the fuel.

Large Maintenance Access

WK-T30 is designed with large maintenance access which is easy to clean,replace parts and lubricate bearing.

There are two magnet blocks for locking the maintenance door, it’s easy to open without any tool.

The large motor cover is designed with ventilation openings and two fans which help the fan motor dissipate heats very well and last fan motor to longer service life.

This is a great improvement from our previous model.

Separate Touchscreen Control Panel

The control box of the WK-T30 uses a separate control cabinet for easy mobility and remote operation, and is designed with a touch screen for fully automatic roasting which give customer better-operation experience and no worries about broken.

Extra thermocouple holes and bearing cover

WK-T30 fron bearing upgraded to new type with a bearing cover which can protect bearing and avoid any dangerous by touching. We always leave two more extra holes for thermocouples positions (one for bean temperature, one for hot air temperature), in case of you want read temperatures in different positions, or you want use extra thermometer read more temperature values.

Cooling Tray

Cooling Tray: To get roasted coffee beans cool down in a faster time, we designed a WK-T30 cooling tray diameter at 1050mm, a large cooling tray works with a powerful cooling tray motor to get roasted beans cool down within 2 minutes. And its made of fully 304 stainless steel without any painting. (All the parts on machine contact beans directly, we do not use any painting). Cooling tray with cover and Cooling tray without cover for options.

Saperated Cooling tray: For WK-T30, Cooling tray is designed with 2-
in-1 casters and balance ground legs saperated from roaster main unit, which is easy to remove the machine to anywhere by one person.

Electric Damper: 30kg coffee roaster fan motor is very powerful, it works with frequency transforma for precise air flow controlling.

Debris Tray: Made of by 2 mm thickness 304 stainless steel.

Gas Pressure knob: We don't give up each detail to make a quality roaster. The dial plate and knob are not plastic ones but a 304 stainless steel one.

Two -in -One Carsters and ground legs

For WK series coffee roasters, 3kg or above machines, we use high quality Two - in -One Carters and Ground legs. Customers could easy to move the machine to anywhere by one person by casters, and balance the machine in a place by ground legs.
